Understanding the need for manufacturers to avoid downtime at all costs and continuously improve their production processes, we include a software support agreement in your annual license fee.
- Xperdyte Manufacturing clients receive unlimited telephonic/dial-up support desk services from Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30 (GMT +2).
- Teamviewer softwarere is used for remote support.
On-site training & consulting
Xperdyte Manufacturing is sold and supported through a network of value added resellers. All of our Certified Business Partners are highly skilled ERP vendors.
Together with our business partners we provide software implementation, on-site training and on-going consulting to ensure that you get the most out of your manufacturing ERP software.
